Well, that DVD is here and it exists in the form of Smart Tan TV.

kinda cheesey...but for the beginner tanner, it would be very informative. It gives the basic facts, lotions, spfs, tanning lamps, indoor outdoor and skin typing...
I would say it is worth the freebie, i wouldnt have paid for it...
