i am going to see right now. i have been having the report issue for a little bit now, thought it was just me and not worth mentioning. and the freezing after one letter thing, well i thought that was just an invisible trouble maker screwing with me... definitely wasn't going to mention THAT!

YES!! Is it when you are typing a different customers name in while in another customers Package/visits/appt screen? If I don't go directly to the info page BEFORE starting to type the customer's name, it freezes after 1 letter.

The problem i have is i dont understand when i balance the drawer at night why sometimes its $15 under or $9 over i know what it means but dont no how to track it?

Then how do you check your inventory?

Inventory: you can pull several reports by going to the products tab, reports and choose the one ya want from the drop down.

You fire your employees - or check your GC's fer da day. Had that today - Never use the GC button - it will show up on your payments report but not sales.

Unless you have $9 and $15 - fire people.


And yes, it does suck if that means you.

TanTrack communicates with timers just fine...
Never had a problem... Have you contacted Support? A special cable is required for the periphials to work....
