Sunease and T-Max autostart issue

I'm trying to run Sunease with T-max timer. I have setup a delay time of 3 minutes in Sunease and the t-max manager is setup to start the time but not the bed. When I do a test the delay time works but the bed turns on. Does anyone know how I can have a delay time but without starting the bed automatically.

I spoke with Hab from Sunease but he is no help.

Thanks

Re: Sunease and T-Max autostart issue

why would you want to have a delay time but not start the bed automatically? so you want it to just automatically start taking time from the session but not turn on. go here

Re: Sunease and T-Max autostart issue

I want the customer to turn on the bed when they are ready so the lights don't blind them. I have the the tmax manual and all my settings are correct (I hope). When I use the adnet program this works fine but not with Sunease. Anyone currently have this setup.?

Re: Sunease and T-Max autostart issue

Set it for 3 minutes and inform the customer that it is going to start in 3 minutes. This time of year it isn't that big of a deal, but in April when you have some crazy woman in there taking 10 minutes to put her lotion on and you have people waiting in the lobby to tan, you will wish you had. Start out now. It won't be that big a deal to the customer. Change later and you will make them mad.

Re: Sunease and T-Max autostart issue

it seems he wants the option of the time starting but not the bed. if i want to change this with my helios nad tmax setup its thru tmax not helios. i would think its the same for sunease.

also people are going to get more ****** if they dont get the full time they asked for........even if its their own fault.......once that bed turns on the hurry up and get it lotioned up or not.

Re: Sunease and T-Max autostart issue

You are looking for Manager PRO settings, not SunEase or the room timers. Pat attention to Item 7 below for your choices
Quote:
3.2 Initial Configuration
Quote:
3.2.1 Setting up the T-Max® Mgr/Pro.
1) Apply power to the T-Max® Mgr/Pro. The T-Max® Mgr/Pro will scan the network to find all T-Max® 3As.
2) Press the Call / Menu button. The following message will appear: SECURITY#.
A sheet was provided showing the factory default settings for each security level and security level descriptions.
You must go to security level 3, and enter that security #.
3) The following message will appear: GET PARAMS? Press NEXT
4) The following message will appear: SEND PARAMS? Press NEXT
5) The following message will appear: MGR PARAMS? Press ENTER
8) The following message will appear: MGR MAX BED. Enter the maximum bed number followed by the ENTER key.
6) The following message will appear: MGR DELAY TIME. Enter the delay time in minutes, followed by the ENTER button.
This setting is for every bed in the salon.
If you want the session to start right away, enter a delay of 0. The maximum setting delay is 10 minutes.
7) The following message will appear: MGR START MODE. Enter desired Auto Start Mode followed by the ENTER button.
This setting is for every bed in the salon.
If a 0 is entered, the bed will not come on automatically when the delay time expires, but session time will begin counting down (the '0' will not appear on the display). The Start button must be pressed in the room, for the bed to come on.
If a
1 is entered, the bed will come on immediately after the delay expires.
If a
2 is entered, then the T-Max® Mgr/Pro is set to infinite delaysession will not start until the Start/Stop button is pressed on theMax® 3A.

If the T-Max® Mgr/Pro is controlled by a computer, the Delay and Auto Start mode are controlled by the computer's software - unless you set the Infinite Delay.
If the T-Max® Mgr/Pro is set to Infinite Delay, the Delay time set in the T-Max® Mgr/Pro or the PC will be ignored.
