Need specific software abilities

Okay, I've done the search and cannot find what I need. I need a software program that gives me the ability to combine two or more services into one package and countdown times used. For example, one month tanning (30 days to expire) with 8 uses on the Hydromassage bed. I can split it and enter two different things but how confusing!! I am currently on SunEase, which I hate but am holding out for what I really need instead of just buying something else.

Do any of you know of such a software program? Remember, it has to combine multiple services into one package.

I think this can be accomplished with Helios.

Can one item be taxed while another is not? Here in Oklahoma, we have to tax tanning but not massages or nails.

That's where the trouble will begin I suppose. Here services are not taxable. I don't think Helios can do it all in one move.

Don't you choose if each item is taxable when you enter it in the inventory?

Why sure, but in this case she want's bundle a package with services that are taxable with services that aren't. I have the same issue with myGrad Packs. So much tanning that comes with products. I have to use two sales codes to sover it all.

So whatever you do that has one with GST and the other with both, couldn't she do one with and one without tax?

Okay, lemme think outloud...

8 sessions is $XX regularly
8 sessions with the month is $YY.

With TanTrack you can pick which is taxable and what isn't. So you only ring in the cheaper when it's bundled with the month.

Get the TanTrack Demo. It has Services as well but they don't stay under active packages, it's just a sale...like nails or whatever....you wouldn't bank 3 fills...

Does that make sense?

I have them demo at home. But You still have to have a sales "code" for each one, no?
