My experience with them in Michigan is they had some of the worst trained staff answering the phones I've ever encountered!!! Gave more mis-information then not -- and it was consistent across several salons in diverse cities which makes me believe the franchisor themselves might be giving out the lousy training.
Unimpressive -- a local franchisee can always be better, but as a franchise group as a whole, very underwhelming. |

Do they have CA franchises?
CA is one of the 14 "registered" states for franchising. To participate, you need to pay extra $$ to register. Some companies skip them to avoid the $$ spending -- as well as the extra scrutiny. |
