Re: Payroll: outsource vs. inhouse

I do my payroll for 4 employees on QB. Does anyone know how to process "payroll taxes" on QB? I am paying $125 every quarter to my accountant for it which is a rip off

Re: Payroll: outsource vs. inhouse

It depends what version you are on. With the newer version (quickbooks premier), you

1. you have to subscribe to their tax table updates.

2. you go under employees, then process payroll liabilities.

3. Follow the instructions.

It is pretty simple. Quickbooks also has very good help menus on everything that you do.
