HELIOS NIGHTMARE!!!!!

does anyone else have problems with HELIOS? or is it just me...

since i deceided not to go w/chase i have to do my eft's offline...

there has to be a much simple way ......

ANY IDEAS?????

Just you.

Simple solution to your dilemma.

Accept only credit cards for an EFT and sign up with Helios/Chase before your next draft date.

Seemless integration with EFT processing.

P.S. I didn't go with Chase for the Card Present daily sales portion, that one you can find much cheaper elsewhere.

If you do this, be sure that the billing address for the credit card is correct, otherwise you will be charged a fee of 90% of the transaction. We have learned the hard way. And be awhere that there is a three years contract with Chase.

Is that really true that they charge 90% of the transaction fee for the wrong address? We use Helios and Chase and I've never seen that.

i have never heard that before....i have heard that they will decline it but not charge an outrageous fee....FOR WHAT......

i do not understand !!!

Show me proof of this one. I've been on Chase/Helios EFT for almost two years now. I've had numerous clients change their address after the fact, and some only after I get a piece of direct mail returned with a FOE (Forwarding Order Expired), up to 18 months after they've moved.

By the way, Credit Cards do not check the complete billing address, only the cardholders Zip Code ;)

Yeah so ??? your cell phone probably came with either a 12 month (old) or a 24 month minimum contract also (new typical)

Either way you can buy out of the contract from Chase for $200-250, I forget the exact amount now, same with the cell phone deals.

Bottom line, it is SO much easier to deal with a one-stop operation for all EFT transactions, period.
