Re: Re-locating salon and wondering if anyone had insight

True sunsally. Our lease had nothing in it saying that we couldn't dismantle our wiring or improvements, so we were in the clear. It would be a good idea to check your lease over before doing so.

2) The new equipment will be delivered to the new spot (so I'll have equip in both places).
3) Close one night on the old spot
4) Open the next day @ new spot
5) Bring over the rest of the equip

I'll basically be doubling my units, so running the new spot for a day or two with 1/2 equipment wouldn't be a problem.

And yes, obvisouly I'd let all the customers know. I'd probably start telling all the regs immediately and follow up with a phone call to everyone in the dbase.

I just want to try and capitalize as much as possible this season in the new location.

Thanks for all your help!!
What about keeping the old location with just a few of your beds(base units) for a month or so... maybe by that time the season will be so close to being over, no one will think of opening.
