GARBAGE/BATHROOM CANS - Page 3

GUESS WHAT? Last night, a cracked out duo , and we think drunk to boot, came in about 7:30. They had purchased miniutes the day before, and were weird, but you know it takes all kinds... Anyway, I was just getting ready to leave, when my girl went to put this guy in the bed, it was his B'day, we all sang Happy B'day to the creep and then he went in his room, as did the lady, I told the girls to check the room when he left, I just knew he was gonna **** in the trash,,,, and He DID ........ must have turned it out, according to my girls, and urine was everywhere.......... I got the call on my way home and boy were the girls ticked off, as was I..... Londyn called the # we had , I'd told her to call and tell him not to ever come back, so she did.... she left a message with whomever it was, and not long the guy called back trying to deny it.... she told him flat out that there was no denying it, and that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and he coudn't return.... I will not refund the jerks money, and will have to purchase a new bamboo rug for the room... not to mention,His urine must have had so much crack substance in it, Londyn said even after scrubbing the room,, that you could still see the urine spots on the floor, must have eaten the wax off or something......... The girl that was w/ him, called and tried to defend him, but Londyn didn't let her even go there..... The girl asked if she could still tan and L told her yes as long as she didn't **** the trash............ I am still furious about this.......... is there nothing we salon owners can do..... ?????

well i did what everyone suggested, put wire trash cans...I am still in shock. Some people have NOOOOOOOOOOOO class...I told my employees about some salons having people puking and they all flat out said...THATS WHEN WE CALL YOU!...ugh

When we have new clients come in, as we are showing them back to their rooms for the first time, we let them know we have a restroom at the end of the hall they are welcome to use. Since we started doing that a few years ago, we don't have many problems. Maybe once or twice a year at most.

this always amazes me - & it is almost always a GIRL! they have to walk PAST our washrooms to go to the beds, I don't get it!

we also had someone crap in the stand up - that was sick

we dont refund, customer is BANNED - the times they have had the audacity to ask why, they are told

We had a lady **** all over the inside of a bed once and all over the floor... she used her towel to clean what she could up and then threw the soaking wet towel behind the bed.... and I got the lovely task of cleaning out the room!! EWW!!!

We had someone **** in the trash several times lately so we started checking after each customer. We were shocked that it was a seemingly sweet 16 year old girl. Never would have guesed it was her. Her and five other members of Her family tan with Us so I mounted the trash cans on the wall high enough that you would have to stand in a chair to **** in it. Can't stand to run this family off.
