manager salary

hey everyone...well i am new to this website and I love it. I have gotten so many great ideas from everyone. I will continue to use it from now on. Well my question is...How much should a person get paid....if he/she is manager of a tanning salon that consists of 4 salons and growing. She will be responsible for all the daily operations, managing, accounting, hiring, lotions and products. I am just wondering what the salary should be. Does anyone know? thanks.....

depends on a lot..... he responsibilities, the economy of your town, her qualifications, etc. start out lower, you can always give raises after evaluations.
