I'm in the process of remodeling. Bought some new shelving, new pictures, painting the salon a different color. Hoping to get new furniture in the lobby.

Doing it slowly but surely, will be finished in the next month before busy season starts. Would also like to consolidate loans, lower expenses, and be able to make my tanning rooms larger. But, we will have to see about that.

Also doing more direct mailing. Still haven't done radio, is it cost affective?

Never had any success with radio. Mailers ( money mailer ) works so so. Direct mailers to active with an appropriate offer, inactive with a different offer and sometimes just specific geographic areas to hopefully attract all current but especially new customers.

I also like to map out in store promos but in 4 month stages. I never do that with on line offers.......i think i should start that as well.
