Re: Help!! Owner Is Driving Me Nuts
Of course owners are going to get nervous, because they are the ones who put the money into it. What I suggest from experience, just do you job and trust me it will pick up. My owner is not bad at all,he trust that I will make sure his business will be profitable. Every job I have been at I have always treated it like it was my own. So I know myself I will not let it fail, because that means I failed also. So just put 110% in and trust me it will come together. It will get better because busy season is coming.

Re: Help!! Owner Is Driving Me Nuts
I just finally left a salon in your same situation. I have been in this industry now for 7 years and worked for some of the major tanning chains as a manger and consultant. The franchisees I just left expected miracles. They were in the red and no matter how many promotions I ran it was never enough. The more they pressured the worst I did. They didnt want to advertise and wanted me to basically spread everyhting through word of mouth. It was a nightmare. If I was you I would get them on here and let them see all this for themselves. Goodluck
