Commission on Montly special?? - Page 5

We pay 3% on 0-$12.00.....5% on 13.-$22.00 and 10% on $23.00 +...on all lotions, clothing, swimwear, jewelry, colognes, sandals, sunglasses...and u name it....

Upgrades are part of the job ~ so are single ~ or smaller packages ~

They get no commission on anything less then a month...Nor on any video sales...thats part of what they get in their hourly wage...

My gang averages between $16-$25 per day extra..plus they get 1/2 of BCBS Ins. paid for by us...they get their Boletta (commision) once a month...so many get a pretty hefty envelope on the first of each month....

As soon as they have been with us 3 months I reimburse them any education they have paid out of pocket..as I require Smart Tan or N.T.T.I. ~ Regular Tech, Airbrush and Skin course....They also get a new outfit or T-Shirt of any clothing that comes into the salon so they can wear what they sell...

And the Management training I have taken years back..is a quote I have based my entire fireing decisions on... "Your Worst Employee Is The One You Don't Fire"

We pay 5% on all lotions and charge 24.99 as a sign-up fee for our clubs (their all EFTs) and the employee gets half of that then, we give 3% to them on the club they sold every month the customer gets hit with the EFT. This keeps our employees around for the long run!

Our biggest club is $120.00 so the employee would get $3.60 every month for as long as that EFT was in effect.

ok about commission... The get a smaller % on discounted packages and none one base beds.. why would you do $45 for ANY bed??? wouldnt they take the higher level bed????? u should do for an extra$ get a higher level.. then give commission on the upsell....

whoa let me make it clear...I only pay that commision once. When they get a sign up.. NOT monthly. Usually it is cover by the sign up fee. NOT my Monthly EFT That would cut into an already discounted monthly package. SEE me say --bills to pay!!

I give commission on everything...5% lotion and services, plus bonus $25.00 on EFT's. Top sales person gets another bonus total 10%.
