Sure do. Who's going to believe our tanning consultants if they are pasty white. Free tanning and lotions is a perk.

I agree with what they all said ^^^ Free tanning and discounts on lotions and spray tanning as well. Your employee's represent your salon, so they should look great.

Free tanning, free lotions (I have an arsenal of about 150 personal lotions) 50% off any other they may want to order. Free gym membership (affiliate of mine) and massages.
