peeing in trash cans - Page 2

Put them OUTSIDE the room, we have never had the problem YET!

how about clean the trash after evey session that way you know who did what!my trash cans are small stainless with a foot operated lid. before that i had just open trash cans never had a problem and if i did i would know who it was cause we clean the trash after every session no matter how busy.....maybe ive never had this happen cause customers see us emptying the rooms trash so often and know they would get caught!

You think that is bad? One day I had a lady come in and get into one of my stand-ups. When she came out she said she was soooo sorry, but she had had an accident in the stand-up. She said that she had been sick lately and when she was in the stand-up she had diarrhea and could not get out in time! Well, the stand-ups I have are the 2M's and the floor of these booths have small air holes all in the bottom. So needless to say it was all over the top of the floor, in the air holes, and even went through to the bottom. It took me forever to clean that booth. And I thought I was going to puke the whole time. What we go through for the all mighty dollar!

Valerie, you should have made her clean it up. I cannot believe people. You would think they never went to the bathroom before. God if I did that I would be so humiliated i could never leave the house again.

yes, that has happened in my salon too. It was twice and we have an idea who it is but, she has not been back in and if she does she will asked to leave out the way she came in to me that is sick our beds have a pause on them and she could of went to the bathroom naked for all I care just don't pee in the rooms what the **** is wrong with people, thats how I feel about that, thanks=-)

IF you check ID and store DL numbers in your softwear..for just such an occasion. You will not have this problem. Or others .. I had cans in my room and only had one guy do this. in 5 years.. (ohh and he cleaned it up too)

How to confront the customer. I called the young girl (17) into my "office" I pointed to the toilet and told her that is what one looks like. Until she was potty trained, she could not tan anymore. The little money she spent is nothing to the health of my employees. One of my employees went to dump the trash can which was stuffed with paper towels. Not only did it get on the floor but also her hand. Of course the girl acted like it wasn't her but I made it clear I knew it was. She came back a few times but we reminded her to use the potty first. Haven't seen her for awhile.

Do you really know that it was her? Do you empty the trash after each person. If you do know that it was her tell her not to tan and tell her the reason why!! That is if you don't want anything eles to happen to your salon.And before it happens again move the trash cans right out side of the room. Hope that this helps

Well hello everyone, I do have a suggestion, I had that problem when I first bought my salon, I posted a sign in the rooms, explaining that at anytime during the session ,should they need to stop the bed it was as easy as pressing a button, going to the bathroom, and pressing a button to continue their tanning session, I worded it in away that didn't sound disgusting, and just asked that they help to keep the rooms as clean as possible for a pleasant tanning experience for all... maybe try that, I haven't had that problem since posting the sign, I think they dont realize that they can stop their bed and restart their session.... or maybe just plain lazy, not sure which...
