Prosun equipment

Can anyone tell me if they are having trouble with prosun and getting service? They dont return calls and I have a bed down and need parts.

I have never had a prob with them at all. Who have you been dealing with over there? Ask for Glenda, always on top of it for me.........

I just took over a salon with a delta standup and they want all this info for me to purchase parts. I guess the last guy screwed them!

You may want to post your problem on this website as there may be someone who can halp you. I also agree that Glenda is great to work with and get's things done.

Prosun is the worst bed company We have ever done business with. I had parts on backorder for a Lumina E series bed for over 5 months, then they forgot about is and never shipped them out. They are horrible for customer service. Never return calls, and quite frankly never fix problems. Would never do business with them again. !
