I have used one before & it was really cool.I felt very refreshed & energized after using it.There are no tanning salons with one in this area.The only one I know of & the once I used was in a furniture store.Lol!I'd have gone more but it was clear across town.

I have a 4 station setup and when i first got it we used it all the time but now I use it a few times a week. You need to be knowledgeable of it to get people to use it because they think its BS

The Day Spa that is opening beside me is Salon02, they have one. 1.00 per minute.

Oxygen bars are what all tannig salons need. YEAH RIGHT. Who are the people who come up with these gimmicks?

A lot of these things sound great and seem they would be the perfect fit, hydromassage, oxygen bar etc. Many do have great benefit, but getting your customers to see it that way and PAY for the service could be quite an obstacle to overcome. You have done the research, can see the benefits and are convinced but your customer does not know what you know. Like tansmith said people will think its BS.

You have to look at the type of clients you have and the area you're in. Where I live people have a very difficult time accepting new ideas, like an oxygen bar, so for me it would not be a good fit if I were looking for quick return.

Oh my I am SO glad I did NOT put a oxygen bar in my salon. I have watched it sit and collect dust next door! AND I won't even tell you guys about how much she has to pay for insurnace because of the O2 bar!

I had thought about adding one in our salon....maybe not! I never even considered the insurance being a problem either.
