Reduce Hours in Fall - Page 2

We actually scaled our hours back on weekends for the more relaxed summer season. We will be extending them agian in mid September.

Many salons do, and my traffic goes up every year in the slow season. Good luck.

i close a hour earlier during the week and 2 hrs on sat.sundays i close in aug till after labor day..then its back to normal sun hrs.

Make your hours as to your market do not listen to anyone but your tanners because they will tell you or do a survey.

If "your" hours are not convient to "them", they will go elsewhere.

Everyone should close at 5 like a bank that would be fun oh ya and open at 10 am

We changed our hours to the obvious times. We are open around lunch time and after work.

I seen a good one there open at 10 am close at 1 pm reopen at 5 and close at 8 I have 33 of there tanners now so pay close attention to the market and tanners are freaks they would come at 3 am Neon told me to extend and it paid off

I am cutting back my week night closing time by one hour starting next week. For the past month I have had 1-3 people in the last hour and they are the same 3 that come during my last hour regardless of the time I close. I am located in a primarily residential and medical office area that has very little traffic in the evening. Believe me, if I was in an area that had great traffic, I would stay open later.

every one wanted me to go back to spring hrs...well where are they...so now im sitting here and they are still on summer hrs. ....yes posted the hrs 2wks ago.
