I have a question how do you find out if there is a copywrite for the name I would like to use and Are there any certain codes for starting a salon? Do you know about how many fire extigisher's you should need? An do you have to have a sprinkler system?

To get the proper information you need regarding fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems you should contact your local fire department or fire extinguisher company. Different buildings and states/cities have different standards and codes that you must comply by. It depends on the size of the location. In what state are you located?

It will vary across the country. But this is a good question to ask your LOCAL FIRE INSPECTOR prior to build out.

Any and all questions regarding safety requirements and build out needs should be directed to your local authorites, it varies everywhere.

As for starting your own salon, I have to wonder what your incentive was, and if you have truly researched your local market to make sure it is viable?

contact your state authorities, they have codes and regulations. Every state will be different, some states are more regulated than others.
