I don't know what CFS is, but the best form is training is the one that the individual understands best. For some people it's being told, for others it's written to be studied, and for others they need to see it in action, and most people learn really well from all three. I can tell you, I believe our employees are our biggest clients. We think of them that way because they represent us to our customers, and the community as a whole. They are mainly repsonsible for our sales, operations, customers impressions and relations, and our reputation rests in their hands every day. Who could be a larger more important client than them?
