If you are looking for their needs....and ask questions...it is easy...you just have to recite what your client is saying to you....
you have to establish that Ms.Jones would like a lotin with fine line and wrinle reducers....you say Ms. Jones...from what you have told me your needs are based on your skin type and lifestyle....I have chossen the CalTan fine line and wrinkle lotion for you....please touch the bottle....ummmm....yes it smells great, but it also will help with fine lines and wrinkles that can appear on 40 plus year old woman....this lotion will take back the clock...and make your skin babysoft....we have to take care of your skin now...and give it the nutrients and vitamins that you need to keep your skin looking young and healthey...

your right neon ... lotions won't help with that but the noipple covers might
