EMPLOYEE TEST

Does anyone have a test they give the employees to see if they have learned anything about the salon, after a month or so they have been there.I have bed cleaners that want to be behind the counter & still dont do a good job of what they were hired for. I have ask them learn the lotions & beds, bulbs etc. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have a tanning time test that i give. I am working on other tests

I have a 158 question test that I give after a week of training. No Pass, No Play!

3 questions...we have hired 50 people and interviewed over 300....call Grip Marketing...it really is the best and easiest interview I have ever done...

I wish I could...but they make you buy it...but I can tell you I have hired sales people for 15 years now and for our type of business....it is right on....

DWhite - do the people you hire end up being really great at sales? Good at promoting your tanning packages and product?

In every issue of Today's Image, there is a section called "Pop Quiz." The section consists of 10 questions, multiple choice and T or F. While they're initially for owners, a lot of salon owners have taken specific pop quizzes and used them on employees. In the June issue the Pop Quiz will be on upselling, and specifically framed for owners to give this quiz to employees or prospective employees.

dw we are going to purchase the test bc we probably spending more $ on the idiots we spend weeks - months training.
