I am an employee at a tanning salon and at first I was hired as a bed cleaner. I listened to the computer people sell and learned a lot about lotions and beds. I basically taught myself to use the computer when we were busy. Then when my boss asked me if I want to work the computers she had me get Smart tan certified so that I could answer any questions that customers have. And even if you dont sell Australian Gold they have a training video which is great and teaches how to make sales. So give them a test!

What about installing more useless cameras in the office and 'lobby' instead of changing bulbs that have SHOULD have been changed a year ago & see how long the employees can stand it; while customers still come and spend their money on packages & lotions, but never get any color???

I don't reccomend that, but that is what seems to be the case where I work.
