Just like footprint said, suntouch lets us see it all! I love that! I too have had the same problem. An employee tanning for free, in my best $35 bed of course,hmmm not punching out while doing so, all while another employee checked her in on the T-max Manager! Clearly how stupid do they think we really are is amazing! Better yet, I also had it all on CAMERA. Yes they do work, and they are real!!! He He! You stupid fools!! And you thought you got away with it! Yah they both were FIRED, but not UNTIL I had them both confess and Pay me not only for the session that was used, but the 2 pleasant hours it took the one to decide what lotion she wanted to tan with and go out back to smoke with her friends! Salon owner NEWBIES beware what YOU have to look forward too. Funny thing is they are smart, but we are smarter!!!!

it's only illegal if you don't have them sign a release either at the time or at the time of hire. but you must have a release saying that if they purchuse something or what have you then the amount will be deducted out of the check but that amt. needs to have taxes taken out as well. or it is that way in Indiana
