I'm in the process of setting up EFT memberships on Suntouch. I've found absolutely no information on how to do this, so I'm putting it out there to the tantalk people to walk me through it.
I've got an enrollment fee, and then I'm charging a monthly fee based upon what level of bed they will be using. For example, $24.99 enrollment and $39 recurring per month. I've set up the enrollment fee no problem. When setting up the $39 per month is where I'm running into problems. I see where it asks if this is an EFT, and I've checked "yes", so it will give the EFT information screen when ringing it up. The information is cut and dry, and makes perfect sense to me. How does SunTouch know that this will be a recurring transaction? Will it automatically be listed as a sale for the day the client chooses for EFT? Will the membership automatically 'renew' every month? How should I set the expiration of the package? Any help you folks can give me would be greatly appreciated. There's just NO information regarding this, and I don't wanna have to pay a bazillion dollars for a SunTouch support call over something this fundamental. |

Anybody...? Bueller.... Bueller... Bueller.....?
I find it hard to believe that nobody is selling EFT memberships that use SunTouch. Is it that, or do folks prefer that other salons not offer it too... Ick! |
