I think you need a computer system and DO NOT let them know how to by pass the T-max or put a code in on the T-max

Don't you use a computer system? I know Helios has a report that allows you to see all the activity for a particular day. Just bring it up and scan down through. If you see that someone is tanning and there is not a charge (and they don't have a package or something) then you can check into it and make sure that person is not tanning outright for free.

I don't want to post a tutorial on how to bypass or jigger salon software, the best way I've found is to synchronize the salon software and security camera's clocks, then customize some reports to focus on tanning events outside of "normal" tanning times for EFT customers and also focus on restart codes. Then spot check these events on the security cameras.

Only issue the T-Max bypass code when needed then change it after every use.

If you don't have security cameras the reports will still tell you if these events are most prevalent with a particular employee. Then focus on that particular employee.

How do you stop employees from unpluging the T-Max and putting someone directly into the bed........by-passing the computer???
