managers Handbook

I am a new manager to a new tanning salon and we have some kinks to work out,employees , customers etc....Is anyone willing to send me a copy of standards for running a salon. Thank You in Advance for your time.

There is the Tanning Bible...book....I read it and thought....I learned a few things...and it gave me more confidence...such as ...wow ...I do not what I am doing...so its a good read...
