well first.my sunease program lets us write notes on the bottom of their accounts .And second my girls do not let anyone pay for anything LATER! if they can not cough up the cash now..they can not have it. the only person who can approve of someone paying later is me and that happens very very rarely!!!! i have had people owe me for products for 1yr. so i put a stop to all the owing money.

Depends on the person, how often they tan and how much they spend, there are times they forgot $ or hubby took it out of their purse. If they are regulars we will allow it if they have a package where they will be returning quickly, I will not alow them to tan on thatpackage until they catch up.

Tan Track has a "special note" section on every page of a customers screen. It is in bold red letters and you cannot help but pay attention to it.
I only allow this with steady customers. To the others, I say "sorry, not our policy to loan". |

Helios has an in house charge feature, just let them in house charge it, you can set limits and even how many days or sessions they have before they have to pay it back.....every customer of mine get's $10 in house charge limit up front...it increases the longer they are a paying member, haven't been burned yet and it helps close the sale to someone short on cash.
