Hey yall. Does anybody have a magic tan spray booth? And do you have it connected to the tmax manager up front? or do you do the tmax timer manually in the booth room??
We have helios and for some reason, it doesnt allow the booth the be connected to the computer/tmax manager at the front desk!! so we have just been going back to the room every time a custumer wants to tan (to reset the level of tanning they want) just a question, if any one can relate!

Unless you are married to helios, try Tan Track. Their program manages the booths and tracks the solution too.

Yes, you should be able to control the Magic Tan unit from your front desk software.

Does the T-Max Manager see the room timer?

We should be able to solve this problem with a phone call.

We have the Magic Tan Spray Booth and I belive you need to go back with your customer and make sure they understand how to, and where to, put the barrier cream, And just make sure they understand what they are going to. It's too easy too mess up a spary tan and if you want them to return and spread the word on how much they like there tan you need to get off the chair an give some customer service.

What does this have to do with gettin git connected to the operating program? But it is a must to get connected and yes you can. If you don't you have free run of your machine. So if your help wants to pocket 20 or 30 or whatever you charge it's easy to do.

I set mine manually. As far as my employees having free run, the machine tracks the number of sessions. Every session has to have a client and amount at closeout. I go over my reports every day to make sure no sessions were used without being paid for. The solution is also monitored on the machine control panel. I also use Helios to run my beds. I run the Magic Tan as a seperate entity and do not want it included in my reports for UV Tanning.
I think its important to go back with my clients to explain everything to them. I'm back there anyway...I just set it back there.

This is kind of off the subject but, without sophisticated level sensors, how does a spray booth actually know the solution level???

A pretty expensive set of bells and whistles.
