first of all, tikitanning...i do go back with the customers and explain EVERYTHING to them when it is thier first time. I'm talking about the usuals who know what they are doing.

Sunset Beach.. I also have that with my Helios. Every session needs an amount and it is seperate than UV tanning. I called Helios, I called t-max, and they both blamed the problem on eachother. I personally think it is Helios. It comes up with an error when the Magic Tan is hooked up to the T-max Manager. I dont mind doing it manually at all, its just the fact that it doesnt work!!! aaaggghhh i dont understand!!! And the fact that maybe the other girls COULD give free tans away, and thats just not fair!
