How many of you shovel snow?

For those salons who get snow...., does your landlord have someone do it? or do you pay someone to come and plow and shovel? or do you shovel yourself? My landlord pays someone to come and plow (although they suck), and today I had the lovely honor of shoveling my sidewalk area 4 times already . I don't remember it bothering me last year but it could've been because I was really excited to be a salon owner for the first time (since I opened in January). haa haa..

now I want someone to come pick up my trash, and shovel my sidewalk. haa haa...but I'm too cheap to pay someone to come and do it!

at least the snow brings in the people here!

CAM pays for that. The landlord has a crew that does all his properties.

It's enough for me to shovel snow at home.

I wish my CAM had that included..only the plowing. We are all responsible for shoveling. I'm a whiner today..lol. It sucks when your sick and you have to go out and shovel snow again, and again and again..

Parking lot is done by landlord, this year he seems to have someone doing the sidewalk too, but until them it was the staff and I.

CAM covers all plowing and shoveling. They even salt and shovel the approach to our back entrance. They do not do the best job with plowing. Last week they plowed about 10:00 am after the lot had a bunch of cars in it. They plowed thru the center and piled snow behind cars. Our property manager finds the cheapest people to do everything...cheaper is not always better

Cam covers ours as well, although I will go out and do it if necessary as they don't always get their on time.

I shovel my own walk, It gets done when I need it. I have to clean the salon floor more if it is not shoveled.

Do you have a lot of customers right now? Just curious? We have been busy this last week or so, I guess to parties and weddings. No snow though! Although for us it is getting down in the 20's tonight and that is cold here! I didn't have to negotiate snow plowing at all, I wish he would just paint the darn building!!!

Lot is plowed..I do walks in front of salon. Usually the lot is plowed early except if it snows on Saturday night. I guess they forget we are open on Sunday.
