Cam pays for it they do a great job. They have a proffesional ice control company do it. All they do is winter ice and snow control. For what I pay they better.

I had to shovel for 45 minutes this morning! grrr....the plow guy piled snow in my first parking spot! I've already ranted and raved to my landlord! Now I'm going to go lay in one of my beds because I'm cold and wet....sorry, just had to whine some more! haaa haa...love being a salon owner today!

In our lease it states ticam covers plowing, etc.... Just like it is supposed to cover window washing, but I have been in here since July, and they have not washed my windows once..

Don't you have to shovel the monkey poop and dead brain burrowing bugs of the side walks?

No snow yet this year. We own the strip mall and other businesses that are on ground we own. Because of that, we hire someone to get the snow plowed. I go throw salt on the sidewalks when I know bad weather is coming. I only live 1/2 mile from our strip mall. There is a tan salon & other businesses of ours in strip malls that we dont own. The other tan salon hasnt been there during bad weather yet.

I think I must shovel the same thing as you...
Does it start with an "S" too?

Mine is included in my CAM also, I am so glad to because I had to shovel the snow when I managed a salon and I hated doing it!
