I am trying to figure out how to do it.. How to raise the money to buy her out....She is a moron, seriously....I am not trying to be mean, but she never listens to anything I say to her.. in one ear and out the other...

I'm also KINDA in a similar situation. Owe the MOB the money they "loaned" me. Here's a trick. If you have open credit cards with zero balances, call and close them. These people will give you ANYTHING at zero percent just to keep it open. Write her off quick or you'll end up selling out to pay her off.

That's how I got my place.

Gina, You need to give yourself a $$ amount on what you work as well. If you just say you worked 100 hours, that means nothing, if you say you worked 100 hours at $9/hour, that makes your time more valuable and the buyout cheaper for you...
