Hellloooo....if I put these people to sleep how can I make money? Like the Nazi Death Camp Tanning Salon.....Last time I checked dead people don't tan. Gotta love that little fry.

Simply because you don't require a contract does not mean anything goes. At my salon I keep my clients not because they are contractually obligated, but because our stellar service creates a sense of loyalty. My clients are my favorite people and whatever I can do to better serve them is exactly what I will do. Letting a few rotten apples spoil my view of them all would not only be wrong, but costly.

Update on my endometriosis customer. Ok I had the check wrote out for 100 bucks for this girl to come pick up for the months I had deducted from her account. I told her I would only charge her the early cancellation fee of 75.00 She said it sounded fair to her. The girl never came to pick up the check. I'm looking at my online banking statement and I see where 175.00 was deducted from my account. Seems the girl files a grienvance with her credit card company saying I sold her defective product. This was what was checked on the grievance form I got in the mail. Here I am being nice because the girl doesn't have cancer like she's telling everybody. I was going to refund her her and then she sneaks around and takes money out of my account. When I asked her about it she played dumb and said the money just appeared in her account. I call credit card company and they give me a grievance to fill out. After seeing a copy of the contract I have on her they say it will be no problem putting the money back into my account. I'm a little peeed now as I had to take half a day to get all this crap straight again. Now I don't even want to give her back the 100.00 I had originally promised her after she pulled this on me.
