Competitor Moves Nail and TANNING business to home

I was just wondering if it is possible...This person had nails and tanning and was trying to sell her stand up unit to me, but I'm not in the position so I said I couldn't. Next thing I hear is that she is going to have both nails and tanning from her home. Just wondering?

There's alot of people that run hair and tanning out of their homes.

Thanks for the feedback and I am pretty sure I'll still be just fine either way..I was just wondering ..but I am still going to look into the zoning thig.

I went to the Midwest Expo a few weeks ago. I talked to a lady who has had her salon in the basement of her home since 1995. She said it is very professional. She offers tanning, airbrush tanning, and massage beds. She said she averages 70 tanners a day in slow season. I personally would NOT want my salon at home. Whatever works I guess.

I sure as heck would feel funny going to someones house to tan...someone like ramcat might be there with the hidden video camera or two way mirror....
