How do you find your staff??

I am in search of a few new staff members for my distributor sales team. It costs a fortune to place an ad anywhere wether it be on the internet like monster.com or even the local newspaper.
How do you find your employees? I would rather pay less to recruit and more for an individuals salary!!!
Any advice would be appreciated!!

All of my employees have been current tanners. I was lucky to have people who had already tanned in my beds apply for jobs here.

I have them wear a cat collar with the little bell. That way I know where they are and don't have to find them.

I obviously go to the pscyo ward. Didn't know it at the time, but now I'm sure of it.
