Hi MJ, how would/do you go about on commision? I have 2 employees now during slow season and I just can't find the right "recipe" to keep them motivated and selling. Is comission worth it then trying something else? Thanks

I play Bingo with them. On your computer make a bingo chart. Whoever gets a row wins $20 bucks, or dinner tickets or movie tickets. Works here. Make sure the competition stays friendly, and up the stakes when the boxes are being highlighted fast enough!

My now has things like: Sell $100 in one shift. Make your weekly goal. Smokin' bottle. Infared bottle. Year EFT. Sell 3 EFT's in one shift.
Things like that. I change it every time. I don't make it too easy, but also I make it attainable. The catch is, I play with them. We also do a version of darts. Fill up your chart first, get a prize. Hope this helps. |

last April alone I personally sold over $30,000 in lotions. Commision is a nice thing, but you need to remember there are alot of expenses that need to be accounted for before you can start coughing up close to $3000 in bonus/ month per employee.

We make each employee obtain a certain-per tanner average in order to receive commission-I show them weekly where theya re at, if they just sit around and don't put any effort into it-they will not make their goal. Works great!!!
During the busy time our girls will receive $200-$400 per month each. |
