I would like to hear some tactful ways to get rid of bottom-feeders so that they hopefully do not go out & bad-mouth the salon? (Besides raising prices)
I know a lot of you are creative in your customer management skills......Besides, I could use a laugh! |

If they call for an appointment tell them that you're booked for that time. If they walk in, tell them the bed/booth they want is out of order.
If you want to be crass, just tell they you made an appointment for them at the other salon. |

Oh, so you need ideas that will chase them off in the future? Planning in advance is good.
I had someone that wanted to drop of their dry-cleaning today. The dry-cleaner next door moved in 2000. I guess this guy wasn't their best customer? Should have taken it....... |
