I am in Florida...and for the filing fee of...72.00 give or take a dollar you can have a c corp then get your tax ID and then file a irs form 2553 and thats your S corp form and your in,....if you need I would be happy to help u...in any State it doesn't matter...the price for the corp my be different but the rest is all FREE...for now...lol...email me and i will help anyone...p.s. I am an S-Corp cost me about $75 done by myself, my accountant was going to charge $250.He gave me all the information and forms I needed I just had to do the leg work(about 2 hours of my time).Really not much to it a few papers to the state government and some to the IRS.
