Well I pay a 50.00 cam each month but the property is not kept that clean. I also pay my personal taxes 33.00 for the contents of what is in my store. Then I have to pay the landlords property taxes of 333.00 It's not my property and I think this is the biggest scam I've ever heard of. I will get with my tax advisor next week about this. I'm struggling and this guy is ripping me off. He won't fix anything, says it's all my responsibilty. All the renters have told me he useless for fixing things. And get this, there is one water faucet behind our strip mall. I put a lock on it because my water bill was way high a few months. Well i did not realize until the shop next store ask me to take the lock off my faucet so she could get her carpets cleaned. Well I took off the lock and watched my water meter spin like crazy as she cleaned her carpets.
Her meter did not move one bit. The girl does not even offer to pay for the water she used. I called landlord on this.....he would not come to phone but his secretary suggested I keep the lock on and just don't let anyone use it so thats what I'm doing. Oh yea, he threatened us in a letter that if we didn't pay his taxes on his building by December 1st he would add a late charge.
There not even due until Dec. 31st. Biggest butthole I've ever met.

How depressing ,I`m paying CAMS at one location of about $800 per month. Great location though.

Sigh! Nocancel that! Double sigh@!!!! Every property owner will attempt to get the renter to pay for their expenses, if you didn't know that, go back to your other job. This all falls into your rental/lease agreement..............
