I don't worry about that at all 2fiddy, seems you should be worrying about it, paid someone 10 hours too many?

I use the time card in SunTouch with no problems. This time of year they get no more than 5 minutes before or after shift to clock in/out. I check it every morning and change their times if necessary. Closers are always ready to get out so unless we are really busy, they are always out within 15 minutes. Openers are supposed to be there 10 minutes early but I usually open so it isn't a problem.
