One thing that I'm running into that you might want to consider is I'm servicing 100's of tans that I didn't get paid for and my beds cost $8-10 per session to run. I only got 2 beds, $60k rent is 1500. I also bought at a slow time of the year, so I am mostly servicing old tans, hoping they'll love the new atmosphere and cleanliness and buy more tans...just something to think about...

Janny, best of luck to you. Sounds like you a purchasing at a good price. there is so much to do when first starting out. One thing I would advise is that since you are planning on being open like a reg salon and making improvements, I would change the name, keep the phone number, and impliment a new price structure and I'm not sure if I would honor her pkgs.
