Engfant - I am curious about the high UVA 9K90's. Is that a good switch when I replace the Cosmolux ESP's (100W) & the Cosmolux VHR TT's (160W) and why?

There are going to be some very happy people (people who tan easy) and some not so happy people (the ones that prefer the red or don't tan as well). If your customers are the type that live for the red then TTS are the way to go. I have some people that prefer the closer 12min with the TTS over the high canopy with the 9K90s and vice versa. You really have to give me the bed/lamps/tan time to give a better answer but I'm assuming with your current lamp config. it CAN'T be more than 12min.

ALSO, the 100watt lamps can't be replaced with the 9K90s YET as the 100watt doesn't exist YET. Lightsources has a version that is real nice. Also they have the 160watt version of the 9K90 that is more like 9K90TT due to the higher UVB. If your bed is 10min, I would go with the LightSources or just stick with the TTs cause 10min is not long enough for the 9K90 unless they are overpowered (which they are not here)

SonnenBraune 732/3's - 32 bulbs - 100W Cosmolux ESP's - 20 minutes

Sundazzler Standup - 160W Cosmolux VHR TT's - 11 minutes

Ergoline Turbo - 160W Cosmolux VHR TT's

Also, several have stated that the older Ergo uses 140W ballasts instead of the 160W used by UWE. Does that mean you can increase the tanning time from 12 minutes to 13.7 or just say 14 minutes. 160/140*12 = 13.7

Even if it did mean you could increase the time I wouldn't know how and it would depend on a bunch of factors. For the sake of this situation, 11min max is 11min max.

I also have a dazzler and am thinking about going the route of the 9K90 cause I've heard fantastic things. They are real nice and should work mint in a 46lamp set up.

I use goldariums in my 20 min beds and think they are the best for the buck. Wouldn't use them in a bed that's not close proximity though.

I WOULDNOT use the 9K90 in a 140watt setup though. They are really meant to be overpowered (IMO) and 140watt you could probably lay in them 20min and be fine. Probably better off with a little sharper UVB like the TT.
