While it would be nice to get more younger clients in, remember that for some states there may be an age limit to consider. Also, with regards to insurance coverage and waivers. Clients under the age of majority cannot enter into a contract with your salon (waiver, for what they are worth). Will you be covered if the waiver is no co-signed by a parent or legal guardian? That makes it difficult to get the teenage crowd, especially when they cannot get that co-signer.

The best thing is word of mouth and small incentives for the referals. You'd be better off going after their parents. Teenagers SOUND like a good crew to have BUT I don't think so. Adults will shell out more money and be less of a hassle. Teenagers get REAL used to discounts and dats a no good.
