Cash flow is king in this business, more so I think than many others because of the few months that we actually have good revenue coming in. Manage your surplus cash wisely. Invest what you can in short-term interest bearing options, pay minimum payments in the first three years, and don't be afraid to go 30-60 - and even 90 days on those bills you can get away with it on for the first three years. Payroll, rent, power must be paid on-time. Good luck out there.

I started on november 1st 2003. First year, thought I was going to have to sell until it got REAL BUSY REAL FAST!!!!!!
Next year, thought I was going to be a millionare as I crushed the previous year. Big pimpin....until 2005...the year without tanners

So far 2006 is NOT a repeat of 2004...more like 2003 again...hopefully that means next year will be HUGE again.
