employee stealing

Okay,....we caught another employee stealing. He was doing the typical...selling one session and using someones monthy unlimited to pocket cash.

I am excited that we have cameras (that they do not now about) and we can watch them real time. Everything was caught on tape we can watch it online and view hours of footage from home...I will never have a store without having the "real time" cameras installed.

Camras are great! especially when your to big to chase someone.

ohhh you are naive....He came back and said he has a four month old child....like he is a victim. What happens when you want to prosecute? How hard is it? I just gave him box seat tickets for a concert for his sales....I want to crush him right now.

Take the proof to the prosecutors office or police and file charges.

Catching people off guard is the best. Just show him the tape and have him explain himself. All you want to know is what's going on in the tape...and $300 for the box seats.

He confessed...I will get over it. I wondering if I should make an example of him early on so people are on their toes.

It'll cost you alot of time,and in this gig most of your salon employee's will change and not know about anyway.
