At the start of last season I had to let go
a 14 year employee. We promoted from within.
The girl that took this mang. job became a very good sales person. But then she got to the point where I thought her sales were a little to good. All the other girls sales were down, She was always braging on the others about how much she sold. Even started
calling me at home at night bragging about what she sold. I finnally got fed up and decided I would be better off with out the sales,and we had a parting of the ways.
Since that time all the other girls have more
than doubled their sales!
My point: look out for abusive employee's
