Okay, I see... So if someone just wants to purchase merchandise, you put it under their name, but don't fill out any other info for them (address, phone, etc.)?

Yes.

If they have the time you could quickly fill it in, that way they could be on your mailing list if you have any lotion promo's going.

That's good to hear. I evaluated the demo, and really liked it. The fact that they let you run it for a year before purchasing the license was major icing on the cake!

We're trying to get SunEase right now...having trouble with FST, but trying to resolve...

Sounds like, overall, the user base likes it!

SwedaGuy - Do you use T-Max timers, or are you going with FST timers?

Right now, we're using a Questar DataBase 5 -- but we're getting some new beds, and they have T-max built in. So, we're going to be upgrading to T-Max in the near future. I know that the SunEase only supports the FST timer system, but that's ok, we've had a separate timer controller forever...

LUA... you could do it that way..i would get their info..tell them you want to let them no about your special offers and all.

We updated last June, Downloaded it from the help menu. Be sure to do EXACTLY what it tells you to do ! And do it before you close or before you open the store. Have the help # ready ! Of course, i'm computer illerate!
