You probably have lotion names in wrong category/box that's why you can't see names of lotion sold on your end of day report.
Change the position of name around in one of your lotions, sell yourself one, go to report and see if you can read the name... Where are your receipts? Don't you save your copy of receipts for your transactions? Match those up to your end of day printout. |

No I never print receipts. Just Have a daily sales log of where I write down customers name and what they bought and for how much. I then compare this at the end of the night with my final sales report. Will play around with the name tomorrow night. Thanks.

It might be helpful to you for future reference if you print out only your sales transactions receipts (don't print out tan receipts).
We do a written journal as well, but when something doesn't balance or it just gets so busy you can't write everything down...the printed receipts help you to match things up that may have been forgotten. |

Does ANYONE use Sunease to schedule appointments? If so, what is the easiest way to schedule one? Seems to me not very easy to schedule an appointment for someone. You have to search for their name? I want to see the daily schedule and go from there? Help!! Thanks

i feel that sunease is a very easy to use and they have excellent tech support for free--- FREE. I have been using it for years. I think that FST is a great company to deal with and they will never let you down. Their timers are also easy to use and repair, that is why i use them both.

Does anyone know how to make a sale using SunEase, to a customer that does have an account on file? For instance, if I sold products that people may come in and purchase, however they never tan. Does this ever happen to anyone?

I use sunease now and like it a lot, very easy. However, at the show they had a new version out and we were thinking of trying it. Is this new version the one you are referring to that you had problems with? Anyone else try the newer version? The one I have is 5 years old. Thanks |
