We would like to take this opportunity to address the issues posted above and to also Thank all the members and moderators for the continued attention they bring HOLLYWOOD WHITES.
1) If you are worried about getting germs in your mouth simply wash your hands and apply the gel before you apply your lotion. You can also use the applicator tip on the tube to apply the gel then spread it over your teeth with the tip of your tongue so that your fingers do not contact your teeth. 2) The gel in HOLLYWOOD WHITES is safe and non-toxic so you can swallow the gel without fear of it harming you. The gel has a light mint taste. If your clients feel they might want to spit just provide them with a cup and lid that all salons have. Spit in the cup cover seal and dispose of. This is a very simple and sanitary approach. 3) UV exposure of gum tissue will not harm the gums when it is in regulated time tables just like regulated tanning sessions. 4) Contrary to popular belief by some on this board as paid advertisers here we are not allowed on the Salon Only Owners forum. Neither to post or view topics. In closing we would like to offer this chance for any Guest, Member or Mod on TanTalk that would like to help the Hurricane victims to please log onto www.redcross.org |

Ready for the disection?
"1) If you are worried about getting germs in your mouth simply wash your hands and apply the gel before you apply your lotion. You can also use the applicator tip on the tube to apply the gel then spread it over your teeth with the tip of your tongue so that your fingers do not contact your teeth." Let's see why it's important to TEST the product before selling. Put it on before the lotion. Sounds simple enough...until you realise you are standing there with your mouth wedged open. Tounge is an applicator now? Ok maybe we are pushing it here as that's rediculous. Why not include 1 cent worth of q-tips? 2) The gel in HOLLYWOOD WHITES is safe and non-toxic so you can swallow the gel without fear of it harming you. The gel has a light mint taste. If your clients feel they might want to spit just provide them with a cup and lid that all salons have. Spit in the cup cover seal and dispose of. This is a very simple and sanitary approach. It took me a few times to figure this one out. "a cup and lid that all salons have" WHo's salons? Your salons? Are you talking about the 1 OZ SAMPLE CUPS????? For a 20min session you are going to need a 40oz Big Gulp from 7-11 to spit into. Getting out of the tanning bed every 30 seconds to spit is NOT "a very simple and sanitary approach". In FACT, IF ANYONE EVER DUMPED SOME SPIT CUP OVER IN MY PLACE I'D BE SUEING HOLLYWOOD WHITES. Sanitary. In your dive maybe. 3) UV exposure of gum tissue will not harm the gums when it is in regulated time tables just like regulated tanning sessions. I'd like to see some back up on that one. 4) Contrary to popular belief by some on this board as paid advertisers here we are not allowed on the Salon Only Owners forum. Neither to post or view topics. Ok. We are all idiot children here. |
